Quiche/frittata, same thing I guess.  I used some leftover Agilio Oilio E Peperoncino covered it with a mixture of eggs and cream and it was very tasty.
Lined the pie holes as per one of my previous postings, placed 1/4 cup of pasta onto the lining.  Beat 3 eggs with 1/2 cup cream and poured a 1/4 of a cup over each base.  Cooked 9 minutes.

I could only resist for so long, I just so lurrrve my gadgets.  Popped down to the Good Guys in O'Connor today and got a Sunbeam Pie Magic 2 for $38.  Yesterday hubby made a delicious slow cooker Coq au vin http://www.sunbeam.com.au/recipes/c/co-au-vin/ so I made some pies with the left overs tonight, yummmmm.

Hally, my DH loves pies made from roast beef leftovers. I just make extra gravy with the roast, then chop up the meat, any leftover peas and veg and mix in the gravy . I also make mashed potato and place a dollop of that on top of the pie filling before popping the top pastry on.
