Just my yokes were runny. I like hard eggs so wasn't a huge fan of the pies but they weren't that soft that I couldn't eat them. Maybe my pie maker heats up a little hotter, I dont' think they took 8 minutes to cook to golden brown. i just put chopped cooked bacon in the bottom some grated tasty cheese and then cracked an egg on top. They were very full but tasted good.

DH  will be lucky to get any - they are D.E.L.I.S.H!! I am having to use very storng self control to stay away from them while they cool - already eaten 2, made 16 so he MIGHT get 1 or 2 left!!!  ;D  Miss 17mths who is totally off her food due to teething, temps and now "shore earsh" managed to eat a whole one too!! (Doing happy mum dance!!)  I fried and chopped some bacon and added that to the beef and gravy mix, then mixed a bit of grated cheese through it too. So So So yum - should I say that about my own cooking? ???

Thanx ladies!  ;D
I know what is going to happen once DH tastes them - he will absolutely refuse to eat shop brought pies! Someone came the other day and brought a box of s.rolls with them, I polietly cooked them up and served them, my kids took one bite and refused any more - I didn't think much about it, just thought they wanted to go and play with the visitor's kids, DH came home and heated the leftover, took one bite and said "YUK, are these brought sasuage rolls?" I said "yep" he said "well don't buy them again, they are disgusting!! Where are your proper home-made ones?" (I never made them pre TM.) I then told him the whole story and that I hadn't brought them, he was all apologetic, but I was feeling pleased as punch that he would rather eat mine than shop ones, so no apology was needed!  :)

Funny little creatures us women, they praise us and we spoil them  :-\ the feminist in me dislikes it but the woman girl in me loves it, does that make sense?

Sure does knittercook.  If a man keeps his woman happy, she will keep him happy in return -  a win win situation for everyone but they need to be consistent and not only be this way when they want something ;)

Makes a lot of sense to me...I do exactly the same thing....I refuse to put my kids clothes away but always put my husbands.  I apologise to him if I leave the kitchen a mess when I leave at 6.30 and thank him if he does any housework (very rarely but it does happen :) ).  If we are at my mother's, she always makes me wait on him hand and foot....and I do it....usually muttering under my breath...but I still do it...and yet I am an educated woman who lived in my own house prior to meeting and marrying him.  I wonder about myself at times!
