Chelsea's idea of a Lazy Susan sounds good, too - even though they are round and you may lose a little space on your shelves because of that, I think the accessibility would more than compensate - presumably you can get them in a variety of sizes, maybe even with a "safety barrier" to prevent items toppling off when it is moving.

my 3 year old son does and closes the door when he is eating something he should not begenerally l know as our dog, a golden lab is waiting outside the door as generally it is her dog biscuits he eats a least his hair will shine
