I saw this unusual recipe on The Guardian website. My Thermomix conversion of Dan Lepard's delicious recipe is on my blog, if anyone is interested -

johnro - Made these tasty morsels today using your conversion, Amanda. I made the recipe x 1.5 and made an error with amount of butter adding 190g instead of 150g, the pic attests to this error in the moistness despite the brownie being left in the oven a little too long as the result of a phone call. Thanks Amanda for this recipe.

Looks great Amanda. I see in today's Guardian that Dan Leppard is bringing out a 600 page book containing recipes from his Guardian column, together with tips and hints. Can't wait

Thanks Amanda for the recipe.My DH hardly ever eats fruit, so I try to get as much veg into him as possible and he loves Brownies.So a recipe made for him.
