Chick Pea Curry - Fast and Easy Indian Cooking p.97
« on: September 17, 2011, 01:13:20 pm »
We decided to have rice and curry for church lunch.  I made this curry and ketchumber.  My tweak is using coriander powder instead of dried green mango powder. And sprinkle coriander leave on top. My Srilankan friend gave a thumb up.  For sure will make this again.

I really like the taste of amchur (green mango powder), but thought this recipe had too much, made it too sour . . . next time I will use less and maybe follow your lead and add some coriander.  Thanks!
