Help please, sweet pastry crumbles

I found this recipe on taste.com
Method
Process 1 1/2 cups (225g) plain flour, 2 tbs icing sugar mixture and 125g butter, chilled and cubed in a food processor until fine crumbs form. Add 2-3 tbs water and process until soft dough forms. Roll into a ball, divide into 6 portions.
I am trying to roll out and it just crumbles.
Any ideas please or another sweet pastry recipe. I have to make custard taets for one very excited boy.

Thought i would give it one last try before heading to the shops.
Now have 4 custard tarts on the go. Pastry makes 6, could get 5 mine are too thick, but just happy to get 4 tarts.

Happy that i rolled the pastry and managed to get it on the pie maker.
