Hi TMXers

Even if you don't speak Spanish - there are 20 videos from Canal Cocina with Teresa Barrenechea, head of TMX Spain.  She has various guest chefs/presenters.

You can get some ideas from the various chefs and it doesn't take much to work out what they recipes are about, even for an Aussie.
