Thanks for that link Julie they would be perfect. I had planned on making potato skins topped with chopped bacon and cheese on the weekend but ran out of time. So many things on the list to try.
Chookie dry roasted chick peas are meant to be fantastic - another recipe on my to do list.

I must try the peanuts. I have some raw ones. JulieO they would be lovely in the air fryer.

I had them on my list of things to do Julie (not this precise recipe though) but will precook the potato in the microwave to save time. Have written this one down, may as well use their ingredients.
Would never have thought to roast peanuts Chookie, good wrap from Ral.

BZB, put them in small stainless steel container and just shook them around with oil. Stirred 1/2 way through.

Yummo, roast peanuts
roast chickpeas are on my to do list too.
Tonight my team and I (TMX & AF) made Jamie Oliver's meatballs with a tomato sauce and spaghetti (from his "Cook" book) in under 30 minutes from start to finish
Really delicious, everyone preferred airfried meatballs to steamed ones.

The pork belly turned out perfect and no mess.
I used Teninas recipe from the Christmas Ebook. I cooked as per Teninas recipe up to placing into the oven before work this morning then after work rubbed in some additional salt mix, oil and vinegar before putting in the airfryer at 160 for 30 mins then an additional 30 mins at 180. DH wasn't home so I left in the airfryer for about 15 mins then cooked a further 5 mins at 180 when we were ready to eat. All the skin was perfectly crunchy and the meat moist and full of flavour.
Unfortunately the photo didn't work.

It was very good Chookie. I'm normally pretty good with crackling but found with the air circulating around the meat 100% of the crackling turned out perfect. For the first time in my memory we actually had too much crackle and threw some away! I loved that it was so easy and no mess, my oven normally smokes badly after cooking pork but this time there was nothing and I put both the basket and container in the dishwasher so no cleaning up.

I had one success and one failure. I toasted my gf bread with a tiny spray of olive oil. Delicious. This afternoon I thought I would cook some pappadums in the AF. Disaster! They flew upwards and got stuck on the roof!

On no INAID. That is dreadful. Courton the pappadum s must be too light.

I know. They can't send a replacement until they look at mine. So guess that's two weeks away. At least she secured me a replacement.
