Having met up with 3 other forum friends today, all who have this wondeful machine. I am weakening :)

Off to look in Harvey Norman after school if cp is not too sick, if not tomorrow. :)

Btw I went to matchbox and found an oil mister for $7.95. RRP $12.95. Cheaper than myer's branded mister

cooked the  Pork Belly  Crackling not as good as hoped for.  think it was the pork as there was a flat bit in the center that didn't want to be scored. the pork was tasty and juicy.  next time i will buy Otway Pork.  Wonder thanks for your help.

That was 1 chicken breast, can you layer on top & cook more?

I used Cream Pufss crispy seasoning, imrry to allways have some in a jar. I make triple when I make it.
