These are very nice, but not worth the effort for so few.
Anyone else made crisps? in a larger quantity?

We had AF chicken strips, AF potato croquettes, sitrfry kale with panchetta.

I found for the first day of owning the machine cooking 2 items a bit stressful, i overloaded the croquettes, the recipe stated cook 1/2  then cook the other 1/2. I cooked it all and then had problems turning. The croquettes were fantastic, dh loved it all :)

We cooked the pork chops in the air fryer. They were lovely and juicy.

The AF is so fabulous when unexpected visitors turn up! My dd bought home her girlfriend at 9.30 pm last night and said they were starving. Well, the frozen calamari rings cooked in AF for 6 mins while DD made salad. Done and dusted. DD's friend was suitably amazed!

Brilliant, Courton :)

Hally, your dinner sound good. I have yet to try the croquet, or anything, from the philips recipe book. Haha.

Played with banana leaves today cos a friend gave some to me. Had to research the grilling method for conventional cooking, and wing it in the Airfyer. Made 4 packets. 2 wrapped in an outer layer of foil. 200C 10 mins, 180C 10 mins. I opened the packet up midway. A tad too dry. But definitely worth more trials :)

Hally I'm not sure of the times. DH cooked them. I think it was something like 5 minutes at 200, then 10-15 on 160 and then he finished it off with a burst at 180. He just kept checking it and adjusting.

It has just dawned on me, (yes I know slow learner, lol) that this is even more useful than I realised. When dh & I want a hot curry, I can whip up a quick meal for cp in the AF & also great for lunch for me. Today I will have stuffed mushrooms, I wouldnt bother to use the oven for something so smalll just for me, but with the AF easy..........

Just made a toasted sandwich, perfect. Need to find a place to keep AF on bench, I am using it in my island atm, which wont work. It needs to be on the bench as it will get used regularly.

Great for lunch & boys afternoon tea :)

I NEED AN AF ;D ;D ;D

Hally i find it great to make DS a quick dinner of crumbed chicken and chips on a Friday before he plays basketball, he always has his dinner early and we eat after the game. I can do a few pieces of chicken and the chips at the same time and all ready together. So easy

New you would love it Hally.  It really is amazingly quick to heat up and cook. I keep mine on the bench my KA got kicked out of his cubby and it is getting used everyday. Have fun. ( I do understand your initial resistance though)
