MF - so glad you to hear the healing is progressing . .  I know it's hard when you've been used to just getting in and doing things before, but please be careful  especially the lifting.

Gert . .regardless of how good they sound, this is one of the reasons I don't want to take the plunge with the AF . . .especially for that amount of money they seem to be pretty unreliable atm.
