Wow, thanks fundj.
I nearly bought some in the UK but didn't like the Ingred list. This looks terrific.

I have Wilton's Cake Release which is in a flip top plastic bottle. I use a brush to spread it. I reckon this would work in a pump or squeezie sauce bottle too!@

Thanks fundj and CC!
A great cook is one who can rustle up a fabulous family meal with some freezer burnt chops, wilted carrots, sprouting potatoes and cabbage that's gone brown on the cut edges.

I'll let you know how it goes.

I really don't know Rara. What are you using it for? . I have never used coconut oil  but if this is for lining a cake tin I do 't think it will matter. My mother always used butter for that And the smoking point is the same so......

Why does it have to be in a spray bottle?  If I were using it I think I would just take a tissue or paper towel wet it from the bottle and swipe it around.    Don't know why I am trying to help as I am hopeless at cakes. LOL!

Forgive my ignorance but why would anyone choose to use a hydrogenated oil? Knowing what the science now says about such things?

I am like your mother Gert and use old butter papers for greasing tins.
