Ideas required!!

  Okay tomorrow I am cooking dinner for a very good friend who always helps me out! She loves curry so any ideas on which 1 she also loves the Thermie I have promised her dinner since the day I got it!!
So help plaese!!

I think the butter chicken from the Indian cookbook is just gorgeous.   Otherwise a Thai red or green curry also works really really well.

Natmum,  how about some Naan to go with the curry ?  i have posted a recipe that seems very popular and it is easy.  Also I have posted Chicken Korma,  however there have been lots of good suggestions,  your problem is to decide what to cook.

Hope you and your friend enjoy the Chicken Korma.   It is from the Fast and Easy Indian Cooking,  the feed back suggests that if you don't want bits of the spices in the curry,  then Zap the mixture BEFORE you add the Chicken.  Good luck and let us know how you go.
