meat being cut smaller in the thermo

has anyone had issues with meat being cut too small or shredded while cooking

Yes I certainly have scottymag - I now cut my meat or chicken in about 4-5 cm squares.

i put mine in larger chunks, mince or otherwise and if need be just mix it a little at the end (if chuncks are too big)....the chicken however i only put it in in the last 8 mins max of cooking time otherwise it breaks up also needs liquid in the bowl so only for saucy dishes...dont put it in the bowl without liquid.....if you are cooking larger pieces of meat, chicken or fish or other cook them in the varoma tray otherwise dont cut them too small  :)
