Hello from the South Coast!

Hi There, my name is Leslie,
I live with my partner of nearly 13 years Peter (he caved and bought it for me woo hoo) 4 cats and 4 rats, and am mad about fish too.
I love cooking and have a few of my recipes on bestrecipes.com.au which I am looking forward to trying out with the TMX.
I just got delivery of my TMX from the wonderful Julie Webb today (love you darling). We made a pumpkin soup to see how it all works which was perfect for this cold horrible day.
I now have the Orange cake in the oven, half flour, half almond, can't wait to try that and have a huge pile of lemons to do something with. I love love love this machine and have wanted one for ages. YAYAYAY

Hi Leslie, welcome to the forum. Plenty of ideas on here to use up your supply of lemons, in summer I love the EDC lemonade.
Look forward to you sharing your recipes with us.

Thank you so much everyone
the orange cake is out and smells divine!!! OMG I made the homemade lemonade x2 whilst waiting and that is soooooo nice too, added a bit more sugar as I have a sweet tooth
half in a bottle in the fridge and the other half into a freezer bag into the freezer to zap on a hot day!! Oh this is soooooooo exciting!!

Welcome Leslie. You sound as though you are a very busy person. Not sure about the rats though.
Which south coast do you live in?

You are in ULLADULLA so am I ! ( Well Conjola really ) We may have to get together, I also have another friend that has a TM from there too! I am currently in the states until next week but we could try and get in touch after that.... Message me if you are interested, I have had my TM for about a year and a half, and use it every day many many times over. Is the consultant from our area?
