He told me he would cut them up to however i wanted so I asked for the following
2 legs of lamb, lamb shanks, mince, loin chops, chump chops, forquarter chops, some crown of lamb, some ribs. In hindsigjt i should have got some diced lamb, and backstrap, but its my first time.
I am not so sure on the forequarter chops, it was a choice of them cut into a roast or chops. As sumer is on ts way i thiught choos as he said they were a nice flavour on the bbq.
I have asked them to get me a quote on chicken, mt barker free range breastd & whole chickens. Weceat more chicken than anything ese. Ds has chicken breast sandwiches for lunch quite often

That's a great price. We got about $5 a kg dressed weight for our lambs last week at the sale. Normally we'll only get about a fifth of what the butcher's sell it for.
