I also made sago puddings. It took a while, but it was worth it, and thank you to JD for the recipe on this thread, which was my inspiration. I find sago is one of those ingredients that sits in the cupboard and looks unappreciated, whereas in fact in the Thermomix, it is not difficult to cook.
I do have some sorghum flour that was given to me at my last sourdough class and I don't know what I should use it for. Does anyone have any thoughts please?
