:) Why not do ILB chocolate cake, or Apple tea cake are my favourites.

Baked cheese cake, chocolate slice.

Try and make cup cakes like Maddys.

I'd make a whole round cake for starters.
Brownies in the tm are a snap - melt butter and chocolate in the tm on 50 degrees, then add cold eggs from the fridge to cool down the mix, add the sugar, mix until combined well, then add the flour and mix until just done. If you make the brownies in big texas muffin sized cupcake papers, they look really good.
If you can't do maddy's cupcakes, then make mini muffins and sprinkle with coarse sugar before baking to give it a nice crust and sprinkle with icing sugar before serving.

Of course you can make cupcakes fundj!  Plonk batter in, cook, and slap on some icing.

Brownies good suggestion, or maybe Dede's chocolate crunch

Go for it fundj.  What did you make?
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Can't you just say "No" fundj  ???   Having said that, I'm sure you can come up with some successful goodies.  I've just made your delicious fruit cake .

I 3/4 (prob just under)  each one, then cover for the full time, they rise up to the paper totally flat and are easy to work with :)
