here is a pic guys...didnt know what it was either...but isnt that what they used for the bigt pizza ovens...cant imagine using that in a normal oven??

short handle ones for home use are great frozzie

i sometime let my bread dough do the 2nd rise on it, then just slide onto the stone or a cast iron pan/tray 
i don't need a recipe i'm italian

I use the semolina too, and the pizza just flies off the baking paper  :D

thanks fundji....im avoiding looking at any more forum purchases for the moment lol ...no more space and funds are redirected elsewhere for the moment  ;D.. its torture!

My DH made one of these so I could slide pizza into the oven. ;D

He wouldn't mind Judy as he's always in his workshop (shed) working on some project or other.He's made all sorts for friends,chair legs,stools,tables and many a time trying to make good some piece of junk I have proudly brought home  :-)) :-))
