Hi,

I have visited this forum a few times but have only just started posting so thought I should introduce myself. I have had my TMX for 2.5 months and LOVE it! With a family of 5 it definitely makes my life so much easier. I look forward to sharing lots of yummy recipes with you all.

 :)

Oh gosh where do a start? I cook with it every night and a few of my fav dinners would be the Butter Chicken from the Indian book and Quirky Jo's cashew and chicken (made the sauce with basil the other night and YUM!). I am always baking now too...scrolls, biscuits, cakes, muffins etc.  :)

Welcome - I also have 5 to cook for (DH, 3xDDs and of course self!! ;)) I am certainly finding imy TM a worthwhile investment - especially as my 5yo is super fussy... hang on, make that WAS super fussy, seems to eat a good variety now! I'm still finding it hard to believe how much more flavour fresh food has!!!!!!
Can't wait to  see your recipes, and ideas!!
