My name is Melissa, I live in Country VIC and am a stay at home mum to 4 kiddos, 2 boys aged 10 and 5, and 2 girls aged 3 and brand new (2 months old). I went to a Thermomix demo in August and have been thinking of nothing else ever since
. DH finally said I can have one as a combined birthday/Christmas prezzie, so I ordered it yesterday and am having a delivery demo on Tues 29th. I am excited that I will be able to cut out alot of "junk" from our meals, even though I already cook from scratch as much as I can and steer well clear of most processed foods.
I've been looking through the recipes on this forum and there are so many yummy ideas that I can't wait to try!

Hi Melissa, welcome to the forum. You will find the TMX wonderful for your big family and the kids will be putting their orders in left right and centre once they see what it can do. Thanks for joining us.

TMX is perfect for a busy mum. As you already cook from scratch you will love how quick everything is. Enjoy.

I think this is the only one still outstanding. I cannot remove it because I do not moderate in this section. It looks as if they have gone offline now though so hopefully we will have a rest from it.

Hello and Welcome ... you will LOVE your TM, I have had mine only a few months, and love it more each day!! I find the more I use it, the more I WANT to use it, and the further into its grips I go ...!!!! You will find it so helpful in that dreaded "witching hour" - set it going and it'll call you when dinner is ready!!
I also am a SAHM, to 3 girls aged 5yrs, 2yrs and 10mths, between TM and my slowcooker, there is always dinner waiting for DH when he gets home from work, and a not (so) frazzled mum, kids are happier, life is good!!
