I ended up buying two, one for my daughter. She's only had her TMX for a couple of weeks and is loving it.
A great cook is one who can rustle up a fabulous family meal with some freezer burnt chops, wilted carrots, sprouting potatoes and cabbage that's gone brown on the cut edges.

I wondered about that Megan, (as I mailed the second one) we only wish we had seen your double order before we sent it off, could have saved you $4! hahaha

Tennis, with the apps wil all the recipes from the book end up being on there or are they different recipes? I much prefer purchasing ebooks  and unlike a lot of people happy  to pay similar price for cookbooks wether they are hards copies or ebooks. I'm hoping the dinner spinners app is only selected recipes as I've already purchased the actual book.

Absolutely loved the chicken salad with Vietnamese dressing!

The flavours of the dressing left a lovely after-taste.  Must admit I only added a few drops of fish sauce as I'm not a big fan, but it turned out perfect.  This would make a lovely salad even without the chicken.

I can see me making this one often.   :D

Hi there, as you may know, most books are fast becoming apps shortly after, so yes all the recipes and a few extra are on the app. It is only the price of a coffee and a slice of cake (cheap slice of cake at that) so I guess you will have to decide if the convenience is worth that. There is a Lite version due out soon which is free but only has a few recipes in it, so you can try it out and see if you find the app of value…
For me to keep doing what I do, (although I can honestly say I would do it for the love of it), I must pay the bills somehow, so that is why there will be more books, more apps and yes, the BIG book out in January…so hoping you will continue to keep spreading the word and buying the stuff I produce so that it will be possible. Otherwise, I may have to go get a real job! (YIKES!)

i love the app and think it will be even better on ipad...on all recipe apps on the iphone I have trouble seeing all the info clearly and the fact that it goes into saver mode often when cooking but still find them very good...the things that bug me are iwth the iphone itself and not the apps at all..i have teninas app  ;D, the robogourmet and also the thermomix app.  Will also be getting the hard copy of dinner spinner and new book (hanging out!) as I like to also have hard copies of recipes...but thats me  :-))

Frozzie - I only have an iPad (no iPhone) and downloaded the dinner spinner successfully onto that.   It's not full screen but it is very readable.

hally when I first started putting chili in things I would always halve (so much easier to spice up than spice down). nowadays family have been able to have the full thing, although if I think it could be too much I make sure that the chilli's have been de-seeded and are the bigger ones as compared to the smaller hotter ones.

Thanks CP, its hard we love chillis as ds only 8 finds them too hot. Will reduce to very little and hopefully I can increase. I dont like to cook 2 meals as this then means my freezer fills way too quickly. At home I do have a few in the freezer for him, but not on holidays.

I see that the app is now available for iPad.  The app says it has 25 recipes.  Is that the number of recipes that are in the book?
