Thermomix Fan!!

Hello all,

I went to my 1st Thermomix demo on saturday afternoon and I absolutely love the product, and enjoyed an awesome demo with a brilliant consultant!!

Sadly I will have to wait a while before I can get mine (hopefully in the new year??) but I have been reading different posts on here and it's got me very excited!!

Look forward to getting to know everyone here and sharing the excitement

Welcome Bec.... I was like you and fell in love with the Thermomix at a demo... I waited over 12 months and it's the best thing that I have ever bought... enjoy the forum... :)

Hi Bek, I'm new to the forum and have just purchased the TMX and waiting for it to be delivered. I like you, I walked away from the first demo going 'I want one!', that was almost 9mths ago. I never gave up on my dream even after separating from my partner. I was more determined to reach that goal and it came last week when I made the phone call. I went to a friends demo on the weekend and was able to ask more questions and get a hands on feel for it knowing I had one coming, where as the first time I sat back and watched knowing I couldn't afford it there and then.
Hope your wait isn't too long, in the mean time you can do lots of research and build a supply of recipes ready to try.

Welcome Bek. With Christmas and New year the time will go quickly for you and then you may be able to buy your TMX.

Welcome Bek!  New Year seems a long time to have to wait, it must be unbearable for you.  Assuming you live in Australia does it always take so long?  In the UK they arrive wthin a few days.  Still, you will have great fun when you get it.

Thanks heaps everyone for taking time out to reply to my post!!! It's great to hear from fans of the Thermomix!! I'm now saving super hard so I can buy one in the new year (after I get back from the USA) and a huge thank you to CreamPuff63 for that AMAZING list of recipes!! Can't wait to start trying some soon  :) :) :) :) :)
Looking forward to exchanging recipes and hearing from everyone again soon
