they are like little silicone cups, and I have seen them in kitchenware shops and dare say supermarkets as well.

after putting the baking paper in the basket, I put a bit of spinach under a egg/crumpet ring and then crack the egg over. Have even put a tiny bit of tomatoe with it at times. Love the flavour - much better than in the microwave.

I thought I would bump this post as I will be making poached eggs for lunch today and following this method, but have just one question though ... why use reverse speed for the cooking? Does it create more heat / steam?

Loved these eggs ... much to my surprise they turned out perfectly - I was expecting them to be either under or overcooked, but mine were exactly as I like them. YIPPPEEEE!!
