Sorry if this has been asked before, I searched on Varoma and it came up with 40 pages that contained the word, so I thought it might be easier for me to just ask the question rather than read 40 pages of posts!
So..... tonight I am making pork fillet in the varoma with steamed veg in the top varoma tray. My questions is.. is there a minimum amount of liquid you need in the jug to get the maximum steaming results? I want to make a garlic mustard sauce to pour over the top but it will only be about 400ml of liquid (150g cream & 250g Stock). Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
