I still have to find a way to make wine with our precious Thermomix
Instead, I made this delicious liqueur for my blog's 2nd birthday.

Ingredients:50g dark chocolate (90% cacao)
300g sugar
3 egg yolks
500g fresh whole milk
1 tsp of vanilla or 1 bag of vanillin sugar
125g alcohol (95º)
50g whiskey
Preparation: Grate chocolate for 10 seconds on Speed 8.
Add sugar, egg yolks and milk. Cook for 8 minutes at 90ºC on Speed 4. Let it cool in TM Bowl.
Add vanilla, alcohol and whiskey into the mixture. Mix for 30 seconds on Speed 4.
Transfer into an airtight glass bottle, let it cool in the fridge.
Store in the fridge.

Note: You can use it also to drizzle your ice cream with or add into your espresso.
