I think so. I'm going to use egg whites and pure icing sugar. You beat up an egg white with a fork and add sifted icing sugar until it is the consistency you require.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

They're so cute, but since we don't have snow, I probably won't be making them. I'd probably make a melted Father Christmas bickie instead!
