Tasty finger food, and really easy.
Ingredients:
1 - 2 kgs of chicken wings
1 clove garlic
85g soy sauce
170g honey
100g oil
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
Preparation:
Cut tips from wings, halve wings by cutting through joints.
Chop garlic,
10 secs, Speed 9
.
Add rest of the marinade ingredients,
10 secs, Speed 2.
Pour over the chicken and marinate.
Place in baking dish and pour sauce over.
Bake 180
o
C for 30 minutes.
Tip: make sure you pass serviettes around as well
tips/hints from members
maddy - I only had time to marinade for 2 hours. I used drummettes, cooked in marinade for 30 mins @ 200
o
C, then popped them onto a tray & cooked a further 15-20 mins to brown.

CP....I'm thinking of taking these to a BBQ for grand final, so do these crisp up or stay juicy after cooking?.....thinking of taking them pre-cooked in a heated thermoserve and wondered if it would travel o.k.
