Cocina española con Thermomix – Spanish Cooking with TM

SOUP:

Mallorquina (vegetable)
Prawn and courgette
Mussel
Macaroni
Onion
Solferino (onion, leek and potato)
Prawn and mayonnaise
Donosti (crayfish)
Carrot and tomato
Salmon

VEGETABLES:
Cáceres stuffed onions (stuffed with bacon and minced (ground) meat)
Navarre-style peas (peas and eggs)
Mushrooms in almond sauce
Asparagus ‘rolls’ (wrapped in ham)
Mountain pisto
Carrot balls with ham
Peppers stuffed with lobster cream
Alicante fried peppers
Galician stew
Sacromonte spinach

MEAT:
Granny Andrea’s meatballs
Stuffed roll of meat
Loin of pork with apple sauce
Meat and potato stew Extremadura style
Lamb chops in tomato and pepper sauce
Ham croquettes
Chuck steak gardener’s style
Beef morcillo in sauce (I have only ever come across morcillo (black pudding) made from pork)
Basque beef /veal cheek and nose (sounds vile)
Sweetbreads in herb and onion sauce

FISH:
Squid in spicy sauce
Salt cod in white wine
Hake Madrid-style
Tuna in vinaigrette
Monkfish with hazelnuts
Squid in sherry
Light salmon marmitako (a type of stew)
Mussels in green Canary Islands sauce
Halibut in onion, pepper and tomato sauce
Hake Navarre-style

PUDDINGS:
Rice pudding with milk and crystallised fruit
Rice and milk ‘flan’ (like crème caramel)

Segovian ‘punch’ (a sort of marzipan cake)

i love peas and eggs, i do a dish that works great in the TM. can you please when you have time pm me the recipe.

Have just sent it to you.  For some reason it didn't appear in my outbox so if you have not received it, let me know and I'll re-send.  I like the sound of the recipe as well so it will be on my list of things to make.  Hope you enjoy it ;D
