Here's isi's recipe harleeg and here is one from Festive Flavours, a little booklet bought out a couple of years ago but which is no longer available to my knowledge.
6 egg yolks
250g sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
1 tin evaporated milk 375g
250g vodka
Insert butterfly into the TM bowl.
Place egg yolks, sugar and vanilla essence into the bowl. Cook for 8 mins/70
o/speed 4. After 5 mins add milk and vodka through the lid.
Pour liqueur into warm bottles leaving a few centimetres space at the top.
Shake well before pouring into glasses.
Christmas tips - This is a thick version of advocaat, if you prefer a more liquid advocaat add extra milk and vodka. For an even more creamier and thicker texture, use cream instead of milk.
Thick advocaat can be poured over ice-cream or christmas pudding. (I've made this a couple of times and I didn't think it was that thick!)
