It is a good blog auds, I'm pretty sure I have printed out some recipes and filed away in my 'to do' file but you know how it is.........

Looks pretty good to me,  but the test is making some of the recipes.  I am making the Beetroot dip now ,  so will let you know.

What a good idea.   I am always losing track of the blogs that I have visited from time to time (i.e. everytime I have computer "issues" I lose everything and it's so hard finding it all again.

Made the Beetroot dip.  No problems.  Weight of beetroot would have been handy but not a big issue.  Need to try a more complex recipe next time.
