Name of Recipe: Salsa de Setas (Mushroom Sauce) – not tested
Nuts are confusing in Spanish - 'nueces' can refer to nuts in general, but also 'walnuts'. Nuts in general are also called 'frutos secos' as are dried fruits. Also 'pelado' can mean shelled or peeled, so if making this recipe, bear this in mind as I am not sure if 'pelar' in this case means shell or peel. It would be difficult to peel walnuts, unlike almonds, but the nuts referred to may just mean nuts in general. If you feel that 100g walnuts after shelling is too little then increase the quantity. Confusing or what? JB
