Béchamel Sauce (Spanish recipe)

Name of Recipe:  Besamel (Béchamel Sauce)
This is the basic recipe upon which there are variations according to the dish you wish it to accompany.

Tablespoons are European ones, ie, 3 teaspoons

Serves:  Not stated

Ingredients:
700g milk
70g flour
35g butter
Pinch of nutmeg
Pinch of pepper
Sal

Preparation:  
Place all of the ingredients in the  *:.
Continue for 7 minutes / 90° / Speed 4.
The result should be a sauce with a light consistency, without being too thick.

Tips/Hints:  The sauce can be used to prepare, amongst others, gratinéed pasta dishes.
