Barbeque Sauce (Spanish recipe)

Name of Recipe:  Salsa Barbacoa (Barbeque Sauce) – not tested

Serves:  Not stated

Ingredients:
8 anchovy fillets, drained
150g mushrooms, sliced
3 cloves garlic
300g red wine
100g olive oil
250g chopped tomatoes
1 tsp oregano
Salt
Pepper

Preparation
Pour the oil into the  *: and heat 3 minutes / Temp. Varoma / Speed 1.
Next, add the garlic, anchovies and mushrooms and for another 3 minutes / Temp. Varoma / Speed 3.
Add the remaining ingredients and cook 15 minutes / Temp. Varoma /  :-:^^.
Allow to cool a little, transfer to a container and refrigerate.

Tips/Hints:  The sauce can be used to marinate meat before cooking or added during cooking.  The sauce will keep for 10 days..
