Turkey stuffing recipe please?!

I am looking for a turkey stuffing recipe, one with some bacon or similar would be nice, and maybe some sweet dried fruit?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

This one of Jamie Oliver's got good reviews Paula - bit of reading to do.

Then there is this more simple local one from the ABC which might suit.
