Brownie Splits with Peanut Butter
Serves About 12
Ingredients
200g chocolate
40g butter
2 eggs
150g caster sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
35g plain flour
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
Method
Preheat oven to 1800C.
Melt chocolate and butter at 500C and speed 3 until melted.Set aside.
Place the eggs, sugar and vanilla in the bowl with the butterfly. Whisk at speed 4 for about 7-8 minutes.
Remove the butterfly and add, flour, baking powder and chocolate mixture. Use  :: to just combine it.
Allow to stand for 10 minutes.
Spoon tablespoons of mixture onto trays and bake for 8-10 minutes until puffed and cracked. Cool completely on trays.
Ingredients
80g icing sugar
140 peanut butter
40g butter
½ teaspoon vanilla
40 g pouring cream
Method
Place all the ingredients into the bowl and beat on speed 3 or 4 until creamy.
Use this to sandwich 2 biscuits together.

We made these too large so ended up halving them to sandwich together.
The recipe was given to DD but we believe it is a Donna Hay recipe.

Wonder what makes them crack Cookie?  How much mixture would you suggest putting on the tray for a smaller size?

About a teaspoonful. They are really lovely, even without the peanut butter filling. DD had quite a bit of filling left so I am going to make some small chocolate cupcakes and use it on them.
