Ingredients:
6 cloves garlic
100g oil
25g Sherry vinegar
1 sprig rosemary
1 sprig thyme
1 sprig parsley
½ tsp salt
Preparation:
Peel the garlic and put it in the

Push the ingredients down from the inside of the
with the spatula.
Add the herbs and oil.
3 minutes / Speed 4.
Afterwards, add the vinegar and mix again at
Speed 4 until the ingredients are bound.
Tips/Hints: If you want the vinaigrette to turn out thick, put in all the ingredients (except the oil and vinegar) and the same temperature and add the oil little by little until it emulsifies, adding the vinegar at the end.
This sauce goes well with all sorts of dishes, but especially with raw or cooked vegetables and fish.
