« on: December 20, 2011, 09:21:36 pm »
Hi, My Thermomix is arriving today!  ; :D
I eat a gluten, dairy eggs and soy free diet so I'm really looking forward to playing and creating with the Thermomix.

Hello Fairyqueen, welcome to the forum.  What an exciting day for you - an early Christmas present.  It will play a big part in making your life so much easier with your food intolerances.  Enjoy.

Hi, Thanks for your welcomes. After orientation/ set-up last night it was quite late so I wasn't too adventurous, I made my first batch of rice and almond milk which I'm imagining will become a staple for me. Hubby has just enjoyed a smoothie for breakfast and I'm soon to emabark on some puddings for Christmas.
