Using TMX for more than 4-5 people
« on: December 21, 2011, 03:54:48 am »
The TMX is often promoted as being able to cater for even large families but I can't understand how. Most of the recipes I make usually only cater for 4-5 people. Can someone explain how this is done on a regular basis? Do you have to make two lots of recipes or what?

lol by today's standards a large family is a family of 4-5  ;) ;) believe me a family of 7 is HUGE APPARENTLY  :o

I cook for 7 (3 of them teen+ boys - well I guess 2 are really working men now  :-))) easily. Somethings yes I have to make double, still much easier than cooking the old way. Others there is no need as the REAL ingredients in them make them for a more filling meal. Others I may steam extra veg or meat at the same time as cooking rice if the dish is to go with rice.

I still find it much easier and simpler and less time consuming to cook with TMX for all of us (I only cook with TMX no pots and pans in this house!!)  :)
