Hardly Normal is just that , appaling service and staff with no knowledge. I wonder that anyone shops there.

I bought my iPad on line from the US and it arrived before my local Apple franchise had a clue it was even available in Australia . Excellent service.  If I had  a real Apple store in Cairns I would deal with them.

Kathryn, I think we have both at our big shopping centre 20 minutes away so will head there as soon as I have a free day.  Wonder, I am OK once I get to know a machine but b... hopeless to start with.  I mean to say, anyone who can't manage to open an Enjo mop to put the cloth on has a real problem  :-))

Julie, I've had mine for 8 months and still get excited that I can look up the internet where ever I am.

We got ours at JBs. We have fiddled with them lots of times in lots of places. The guy at JBs couldn't have been more helpful.
I'm now thinking to get mine later in the year. Probably when the pre paid internet on my netbook runs out.  I'll see.

I think you can tether your iPhone to you iPad so that you basically end up using your iPhone as a modem if that makes sense Kim. I still haven't worked out how to do it to my laptop as we have a mobile broadband stick that we buy a 12 month credit for  ;)
