Very clear recipe. Rich and filling nog. The recipe made a lot (uses 1 litre of milk and 500g and cream, not to mention 6 eggs) and the leftovers took up a lot of space in the Christmas fridge, so best made when you have a lot of people around, as it's possibly not to everyone's taste. Take care when whipping the cream as the lower suggested setting was dangerously close to butter. The recipe says 20-60secs of whipping. I would definitely checkl it after 8 secs next time. expecting that 15 secs would be enough.
