This functions as either a dip or a spread. It is canned tuna and the other basic ingredient is boiled egg.
Members of the family weren't even aware there was egg in it till I pointed it out, even though there were four in there.
The flavour is very intense. DH particularly liked it spread on toast the day after the party for which I made it.
An easy recipe that works. Nice to have something you can do ahead, knowing it only gets better.
