I would like to make my own rice milk.  Has anyone tried this?  This is my first time online hope I have posted in the right place.  Just bought a thermomix and love it.

Hi, I have just joined yesterday but am loving the nice environment.
I can help you with two recipes - the Portuguese one which is wonderfull and creamy - made with eggyolks, or the German version with is made with no eggyolk but is supposed to be very nice (I have never tried the German one). Tell me which one you prefer and I will post it tomorrow morning.
Regards
Barbara

Lucky you! Congratulations on all that success!
I will post the portuguese version later on. I have no photo but will take one the next time I cook a rice pudding.

Yeah Margaret - keep it up.  Usually the "failure" can be converted, and if you don't tell anybody, then they'll never know!  ;) ;)

How true!!! I have made all sorts of ice-creams with some of my failures, that now I have to make the failures again to make the ice-creams!!! Everything has a solution!  ;) ;) ;)
