I have this in the oven atm. I wasnt intending to make any banana cake or anything with bananas, but my milkmamn gave me 8 that are just in the turn.

Will never use any other recipe for Banana Cake again! Have made this cake 3 times in last fortnight for home and cake day at work.  My DH loves it and so do I :)
