Ham and Vegetable Pasta Bake:Number of People 6:Ingredients:20g parmesan
60g tasty cheese
300g pasta
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 onion
100g button mushrooms
1 clove garlic
1 zucchini
1/4 cup parsley
150g chopped leg ham
4 eggs
Preparation:Set oven to 180
0C
1. Grate cheeses and parsley in TMX and set aside.
2. Cook pasta (see edc) and place in a casserole dish and cover.
3. Chop zucchini and parsley in TMX and set aside.
4. Chop onion and garlic. Speed 3/4 for 1 or so seconds.
5. Add oil and sliced mushrooms and cook 100
) for 5 minutes.
6. Add zucchini and parsley and ham. Mix on speed 3
for a few seconds.
7. Stir this mixture through the pasta with half of the cheese.
8. Crack the eggs into the bowl and beat on speed 4 for 5 seconds.
9. Pour the eggs over the pasta mixture and stir well.
10.Sprinkle the rest of the cheese over the top.
11.Bake for 30-40 minutes. I served mine with a tossed salad.
