I use baers flour, it works for me. Would be god to use cheaper flour and get the same results.

I have bought the lighthouse flour in the past, but didn't keep the packet, and don 't want to buy any more bread flour at the moment. Have heaps.

I'm sure the flour that Tenina gave us in our take-home bag at her last class was the Lighthouse pizza and bakers flour.

So you're using the No Fuss recipe but leaving it rise for 1 1/2 hours. Must try it. I really like the No Fuss taste.

the 1st one only took 50mins to rise nola but todays one was about 1 1/2 hours
