Having friends over on the Thursday before Good Friday and we will cook buns all day.each batch will be tailored to preferences.

These are delish thx chookie.. Finally got to make them
As our oven is fan forced i cooked them at 200 degrees for 20 mins.. Just had two.. So yummy

Amy, this is one time when the home made ones are soooooooo much better than the bought ones. You can also make them with the fruit of your choice. I am going to make some with Dried Apricot and some with dried cherries. Have fun.

Amy thy arent as fresh the next day.. Next time i would freeze half for us unless you have enough ppl to eat them all.. They are very yummy fresh and today i just heat one for 10 secs in the microwave to freshen it up a little before
