This meal was a hit here with DH.
I used 1 kg of thighs and doubled the sauce ingredients as others have recommended and I will continue to do that. I didn't bother adding the chicken to the sauce in the bowl and combining, I just put the chicken in the big baking dish and poured over the sauce and turned to coat. I then covered the dish and refrigerated for a few hours to marinate.
I had some white rice in the freezer so I used that up instead of making sticky rice. Loved the taste test I had, great recipe.
