Yippee!!
After having TMX for just over 12 months, and never mastering bread, my consultant recently forwarded a recipe called "Megan's Wonder Bread" - not sure if it's Meganjane from here - but it worked beautifully - except kids don't love the crust - too crusty - I put a pan of water in the bottom of oven & turned loaf out of the tin for the last few minutes - will omit these steps next time to see if less crusty - but the inside is lovely and soft
Still need to get a decent bread tin - I've just used a 30cm loaf tin - possibly a little too long? and the sides not quite tall enough - does anyone have any suggestions of where to get a loaf tin - want to be able to make daily bread for sandwiches/toast when school returns. I've had a quick look on ebay but not really sure what's the best to buy!
