I made this recipe for our dinner tonight and I loved it I cooked the mixture as a slice and served it with wedges, peas and gravy. Yummy!

I didn't have any pumpkin so I used cauliflower instead

Judy, I just wanted to let you know that I sliced some of the leftovers today and we had it in toasted sandwiches with cheese. It was really really yummy, a great way to use up the leftovers

These are wonderful.  I cut them in half and toasted under the grill then just to be a little bit naughty spread a tad of butter on.  Yum!  Sonia x
